The Tibetan syllable “Ahhh”. It is used to help achieve lucid dreaming. With practice one can attain a smooth meditative transition from wake time into sleep time and back. This keeps us conscious through the change over so we can more fully remember and interact with the sleep state. The symbol is visualized in the solar plexus engulfed in a glowing white light, and the sound “Ahhh”    is focused on as one lays down to rest.
